Through several partnerships, clients can visit any NBS branch to collect money sent from abroad.  It is a quick and easy process where hard currency pickups are possible. 

All that is required of the client is to:

1. Present National Identity Document
2. Provide the Transaction ID from the sender of the funds and
3. Complete a Redemption Form.
